Here at Heritage, we have a long and colorful history of high quality
products. If you haven't read about it, then go back and read. It
goes left to right.
Our "Quality" graphic is dark grey, for the lead we put in our paper
clips to encourage smoothness. Heritage prides itself in an
ability to maintain artisan style quality with astoundingly low
prices. We have always stressed the need for an emphasis on
encouraging advancement of quality. We invented the field of
paper-restraining metallurgy. At Heritage, our employees have
one thing in mind: creating the best product humanly possible, and
then improving it to a level of brilliance usually referred to as
godlike. Which brings us to the next part of our philosophy...
Our "Service" graphic is a shiny silver color for the vanadium we
mix in our paper clip alloys to make our clips hard, durable, and
somewhat difficult to bend. Heritage has a longstanding record
as the paper clip company with the best customer service. We
will always address any concerns that our customers may have, and
even some they may not. Our strategy of "proactive customer
service" means that we are tending to your needs before you even
know you have them. By the time you send an
email/letter/telegraph to us, we have already had someone solve your
problem, because we thought of it first. Your needs are
unoriginal. But we still deal with them, day after day, week
after week, month after month, year after year...
The "Uniquitude" graphic is a silvery pinkish color for the bismuth
we make our clips out of, partially for the sake of using bismuth in
something, but also for its extremely long half-life. We here
at Heritage pride ourselves on our ability to be unique. We
display our uniquitude through our unconventional style of business.
It doesn't matter where you go, you won't find prices like ours
anywhere. We simply cannot be matched in the field of how much
we charge for paper clips. We just do what other companies
can't, and that is charging ten dollars for a box of ten paper
clips. NO ONE does that but us. Simply put, we are
probably the single most important company on the east coast.
