Our R&D department is always hard at work researching new ways to
bind paper together. It's an endless task, fraught with peril
and difficulty, but we do it anyway. Day in and day out.
Constantly, without ever stopping.
That's called tenacity.
Here at R&D, we have some interesting ideas that may become the
office supplies of tomorrow!
First off, we have this prototype, which looks like a clothespin,
but is actually a very large clothespin. It is capable of
holding untold amounts of paper.
Then, we have a creation we like to call the "Mono-Staple".
Like a staple, it holds papers together by penetrating them, but
unlike a staple, there is only one point of penetration. A
real time saver.
Also, we have an innovative method for holding a scroll. It is
a rubber band tied like a necktie. This is proving to be
somewhat useful, but mostly just a novelty.
Finally, we have this new creation. It is a strip of plastic
with an adhesive substance on one end. Due to its resemblance
to ticker tape, we will be calling it "Ticker". It should be
seen on the market soon.
