Here at Heritage, we pride ourselves in having a staff that is both
diverse and experienced. We were one of the first companies to
break the "racial divide" in the 1950's.
Our corporate headquarters. The third largest building in
Schenectady.
We currently employ an extremely diverse staff, including an
African-American and perhaps an Asian, we don't know. We have some women, and
two children. The children are both white males, so we still
have some room to grow, but who doesn't?
We have a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment, in that we
will absolutely never tolerate very much. Three strikes, and
you're warned.
By this guy.
We also have systems to accommodate the handicapped, except the
quadriplegics. They are rather difficult to hire, due to their
inherent immobility and helplessness with even the most basic of
tasks. We will, however, not deny them business. We are
an equal opportunity business.
See? And why is he wearing a watch, he can't look at that!
We aren't unionized, as unions encourage things like laziness and
complacency. Also, we fear that if we were to allow unions,
they'd go on strike and we'd have to call the Pinkertons. The
Pinkertons are scary.
