The Heritage Paper Clips Scholarship for underprivileged Filipino people



RULES

Essay must be handwritten, triple spaced on college ruled notebook paper, front and back, with blue or orange ink fountain pen.  Must be at least 700 words long, but no more then 726 words.  Essays should be faxed along with a blood sample to prove Filipino heritage, as well as financial documents to prove underprivilegedness.
TOPIC
The importance of paper clips in the socioeconomic climate of greater Los Angeles in the summer of 1986.
First prize is a cash reward of $15.00, second prize is $3.00, third prize is a deportation notice.
